Hey, I'm Matt! I have been making a living doing my art since I was 16. Now nearly 50, I've learned a lot about the creative life. I co-own Sick Picnic Media - a boutique creative agency based in Omaha Nebraska, am a member of the Screen Actors Guild, and a graduate of The Second City Chicago. I am a sought-after musical improvisor, published author and illustrator, charting indie pop musician, huge Brian Wilson fan, and father of two boys.

But mostly, I created this podcast because I wish I had more tools, resources, and creative mentors as I was (and sometimes still am) figuring it all out.
